Athletes are provided with annual planning, workout prescriptions, data analysis, and communication. Clients benefit from regular contact with coach Sally through Training Peaks, group training sessions, group Zoom educational sessions, and at regular one-on-one meetings. Communication depends on the level of coaching.

Sally enjoys coaching triathletes of all levels from newbie to elite, with a passion for helping them achieve or exceed their goals. Specialties include: functional strength for triathlon, long distance triathlon, metabolic efficiency training, and training with power.
