The central part of my offering is working with you to understand what your goals are and more to best us your time to train. While training is important I also focus on nutrition and fueling your body so you are not brunt out before your big race day.
I specialize in the person who has at least eight hours a week to train. If you're a challenged athlete and want to get involved in tri I can help also.
