I have competed in 5ks, triathlons, and have swim in open water events such as the 12.5 mile Swim around the Island of Key West, The Hurricane Man Swim, etc.
I am a professional swim instructor for the Red Cross and have received training through Total Immersion.
I only work with triathletes who need training with their swimming.
