In 1981 I competed in a sprint distance triathlon while working as fitness instructor and have been hooked ever since.

We've developed practical and flexible triathlon training and racing formulas that fit into REAL life, you know one that includes work, family and fun.  That doesn't mean what we've developed is a cake-walk - after all, if your goal is to finish well, you have to put in the time.  But you don't need to shell out a lot of cash, train every waking minute, or file for divorce just because you've decided to become a triathlete.  I mean, where's the fun in THAT
