I’m a Physical Therapist, Endurance Coach, certified bike fitter, mother of two beautiful children, and multiple time Ironman Finisher. Being an Endurance Coach and a Physical Therapist allows me to satisfy my passion of helping others and racing. The two schools blend well by helping me know when you are at your limits, and help me train you to take care of your body. Only when the body is healthy and properly trained can you achieve your goals.
