We have multiple tiers below this one that have less contact so that athletes can work within their budget and needs. Our programs are all custom built and range from $99 to 229 a month.
1. Weight Training - Served as a strength and conditioning coach for multiple programs to include collegiate wrestling;
2. Nutrition - Our coaching program believes that nutrition is critical to success and has included doctors on our staff to ensure we are targeting proper nutritional practices;
3. Recovery - Our programs believe that the best way to stay consistent is using recovery modalities and nutrition to maintain health and thus a consistent training regiment;
4. Mental Skills - From lessons learned at West Point to US Army Ranger School Coach Dave helps athletes learn to stay in the moment so they can perform at their best.
Coach Dave has been working with athletes since 2002 from youth wrestlers to nationally ranked age group triathletes. Coach Dave focused on weight lifting and nutritional training for wrestlers, football players, and cheerleaders, at both the high school and college level from 2002 to 2007. In 2007 Coach Dave entered service in the US Army as an Airborne Ranger with the 82nd Airborne and used this time to coach and mentor paratroopers on nutrition, endurance sports, resiliency, and their strength & conditioning programs. In 2015 Coach Dave established the multi-sport club Triple Victor and under his guidance these athletes worked throughout the season to reach a top team ranking with IRONMAN of 8th in the world. Coach Dave is a 9x time 70.3 (8x IRONMAN 70.3) and 6x IRONMAN finisher to include racing at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships in 2015 and 2016. Dave achieved All-World Athlete status every year since its inception in 2013 reaching a top ranking of 7th in the country for his age group. In 2015 & 2016 Dave earned All-American status and a slot on Team USA to compete at the ITU Age Group Sprint World Championships 2016 & 2017
