I enjoy providing hourly consultations to help guide self coached athletes at a rate of $60/hour. Long term training plans for any triathlon distance are offered at a rate of $100 for an 8 week plan. For sports nutrition, the hourly consultation rate is also $60. Purchase of the 4 hour audio seminar for $90 is required before consultations are scheduled.

Former Division I collegiate distance runner and conference track champion in the 3000 meter. Currently racing as an elite age group athlete. Ranked #1 in 35-39 age group in 2005. 3 time age group all- american and multiple time world championship qualifier. Racing and/or coaching for 23 years.
