The athlete's success at Forward Motion Athletics is the direct result of personalized written workouts that correspond to an individual's strengths, weaknesses, daily/weekly schedule, background, goals, and lifestyle. Workouts are written with day-by-day instructions and goals that are updated either weekly or bi-monthly. Email and telephone contact is encouraged weekly.
