Beginners, Long Course
My athletes have competed at various levels, including local races, WT, and WTC/IRONMAN world championships. Recently, Arianna Werts and Ali Ozymy led the Purdue Triathlon team to the women's conference championship and a solid collegiate club nationals performance. Arianna had a dominant season, winning the individual conference title and qualifying for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship. I've also coached Navy SEALs, Army Green Berets, and aspiring DEVGRU and CAG members. Beyond tactical and endurance athletes, I've consulted with other types of athletes looking to improve their endurance. For example, this past summer, I worked with Justice Norman and Hakim Isler as they prepared for the adventure race and reality TV show Race to Survive: Alaska.
I've competed at various levels, from local triathlons to the US Open for freestyle wrestling. As an endurance athlete, I qualified for Team USA Draft-Legal Nationals (2016-2022) and the 2022 mixed relay but missed the 2022 championships due to appendicitis. I've participated in the 2015-2021 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships and the 2019 and 2021 IRONMAN World Championships. I have a strong knowledge of what it takes to reach the highest levels of amateur sport on today's playing fields.
