While "successful pro athletes turned coach" may have the knowledge and experience of what it takes to win, their experience is based on the ability to train 4 to 6 hours a day. Some of us can only train 4 to 6 hours a week. This is were my experience is most beneficial. I can coach you to a successful sprint or Olympic distance race even if you only have 6 hours a week to train.
Because I can relate so closely with middle aged (30 - 60) triathletes who primarily participate in Sprint and Olympic distance races, this is the athlete I tend to specialize in coaching.
I am a husband, father of 2 boys, Sr. Project Manager at a consulting company in NYC and an age group triathlete (45 - 49). I did my first triathlon in 1985 when it was far less mainstream and considered somewhat weird to want to even try one. My commute each day to work is 2 hours in each direction (I do my training plan work on the train). In other words, I have first-hand experience at what is involved in juggling regular life with triathlon. My love of endurance sport and passion for sharing my knowledge and experience will ensure you reach your full potential. I truly enjoy assisting athletes to grow and realize their goals and dreams.
