Coaching services include custom, weekly, 10-day or monthly programs encompassing training modalities of RPE, heart rate management, power training, pacing strategies and strength training. Personal fitness services include one on one and small group personal fitness, cycling instruction, on-deck and in-water instuction and swim stroke video analysis.

I am a level I USAT Certified Triathlon Coach, level II USAC Certified Cycling Coach, a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and a lifelong athlete formally competing since 1996. I have considerable experience in all distances. Beyond that I am absolutely passionate about training, racing and sharing my knowledge of triathlon. My mission as a coach is to provide my athletes with a sound, comprehensive training program designed to meet their individual goals. As athletes, we bring different strengths and weaknesses to our game. Some of us prefer to train, while others thrive on race day. Our definition of success varies greatly. With that in mind. I utilize several training modalities as the road to success can take many different paths. A proven, "picture perfect" training plan, that works for your training partner, may be a recipe for disaster for you. My athletes find they're at their best when having fun, so I blend "fast and fun" with "serious and strong".
