At Experience Momentum we offer a range of services to support the elite athlete, age group athlete or the seasonal competitor. We have a staff of coaches that focus on all aspects of the sport of triathlon. We offer coaching packages as well as individual sport coaching sessions. We also specialize in sports nutrition and training plan development.

We specialize in all distances of triathlon, running, cycling and swimming events. Our coaching staff is made up of competitive cyclists, swimmers, runners and triathletes.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I am the owner of Experience Momentum, a functional wellness center in Lynnwood that offers physical therapy, massage therapy, fitness programs, triathlon coaching and training and nutrition services. We have a unique and highly qualified training staff.

I have 
over 20 years of personal experience as a runner and 15 years as a triathlete. With a passion for sport and seeing athletes realize their potential my coaching style is empowering and educational. I use both personal experience as an athlete and my extensive knowledge of biomechanics and training principles to help each client achieve their goals.
I hold a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University of Osteopathic Medicine, a Fellow of Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute, I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a certified provider in Full Body Active Release Technique (ART) Provider and I hold a USAT Level I triathlon certification. My knowledge ensures each client receives not only the best program, but also ensures they will be as healthy and injury free as possible.

I have completed every distance triathlon from Sprint to Olympic to Half Ironman to Ironman with PR’s of 4:55 in the half Ironman at Lake Stevens and 10:36 at Ironman Canada. I specialize in all aspects of the sport of triathlon, paying special consideration to training plan development and athletic performance development.
