At WannaTri, we believe that physical fitness is key to living a healthy, balanced life. We have found triathlon to be an incredibly rewarding experience and hope that you find it the same. It’s simple: triathlon is fun! Your training should be too.
No two athletes are alike.
Every athlete is unique and has his or her own goals, expectations and backgrounds. Once we learn about your specific goals and needs, we craft a custom triathlon training plan for you. But that’s just the beginning. We also want you to understand the science and rationale behind your plan. And we want to hear how your training is going. All plans come with:
WannaTri is the collective coaching effort of husband and wife, Seth Nickerson and Sarah Simons. We’ve each completed multiple Ironman races, and have enjoyed competing at shorter distances as well.
As busy professionals we understand the time-crunching demands most adult athletes face. We’ve found success balancing jobs, family, training and racing, and look forward to helping you do the same. Coaching and triathlon are our passions.
Both Sarah and Seth are USA Triathlon Level I certified coaches. Sarah is a Level 1 Master’s ASCA and US Masters Swimming Certified Coach. Seth is a Level 3 USA Cycling Licensed Coach.
