Originally hailing from the southside of Chicago, I began my journey as a swimmer. Competed nationally from a young age till collegiate. Fell in love with Triathlon in 1996 and have been involved ever since. Moved to Orlando Florida to have the ability to concentrate on this lifestyle year round.
Started coaching in 2000 training athletes in the sunshine state and with a move for work found myself back in downtown Chicago. I'm a USA Triathlon Coach and along with having NASM credentials I apply that as a CPT in a clinical setting at a sport physician / chiropractic office specializing in corrective exercises and functional movement.
