I offer personal training, run and triathlon coaching, as well as kids triathlon training and programs.

Kristen is currently a full time triathlon coach, personal trainer, and most importantly a kid wrangler. She has trained athletes from beginners to seasoned athletes as well as competed in several triathlons herself, including Ironman distance events. She placed top three in her age group I the inaugural year of the Moutaineer Half Ironman and was one of the top swimmers in her age group In the 2004 Lake Placid Ironman. Besides triathlons Kristen also enjoys marathons (with a PR of 3:15), swimming, and a multitude of bootcamp activities.
