I provide a personalized approach to my coaching services for beginner up to elite level triathletes via the TriDot platform. I also have a niche for swimming and improving an athletes functional freestyle via our TriDot pool schools, and use video taping to analyze swimming, biking, and running mechanics. Furthermore, I have an extensive background in nutrition and also serve a a mentor for other triathlete coaches.
Long Course
For the past 30+ years, I have been active coaching swimming, cross, country and track in field, in addition to triathletes. For the past 7 years, I have served as a coach for TriDot and currently serve as Head of Coach Development. I coach a wide variety of athletes in a collaborative manner to develop a strong relationship and high level of trust to develop their full potential.
I am a former professional triathlete, finishing in the top 10 overall three times at the IM World Championships, finishing in the top 10 three times as an age grouper at the IM World Championships, won the Ultraman World Championships in Hawaii two times, and in 2019 was inducted into the Ultraman World Championships Hall of Fame.
