Having been a triathlete since 1990, I have completed 15 Ironman-distance races, and have competed in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, as well as the 70.3 World Championship in Clearwater, FL. I also am an open water swimmer (4-time finisher of the Swim Around Key West (12.5 miles)). I also am a PT, specializing in treating endurance athletes.
