I specialize in running mechanics and performance, proper swim technique, bike fitting, pedaling mechanics and performance, bike handling skills, nutrition, balance and core training, mental skills and overcoming roadblocks, recovery techniques
I coach endurance and multisport athletes, and actively compete as an elite. I was the National Champion in my division for USA Triathlon two years in a row, a 7x Team USA World Championship Qualifier, and count 12 Overall 1st Place wins. My coaching style is different in that I know what you experience on the course, and can elevate your game to unlock your best potential.
My athletes have a range of abilities and goals, from Ironman finishers to those new to the sport. I also work with athletes one on one to design customized training or complimentary strength plans. Whether my clients are 65+ years old or World qualifying athletes, we have fun in training and prepare to put our best selves forward come race day.
