Suzanne Bertin is a USA Triathlon Certified Coach and a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer. Suzanne has been a multi-sport athlete for many years, having completed numerous events from sprint distance to half-ironman, 5k to marathon, bike commuting to multi-day, century-plus bike rides. Suzanne also is interested in how CrossFit training protocols can be integrated with triathlon training.
As a mother of twins who has spent years on the corporate ladder, Suzanne can fully appreciate the needs of working parents who are trying to do it all. To that end, Suzanne’s coaching is targeted primarily toward beginner and intermediate age-groupers trying to find that elusive work-life balance.
