Since graduating from West Point, Lisa has competed in everything from team sports to body building competitions to martial arts tournaments with a love for everything active. Her husband introduced her to triathlons with a sprint race in Elkhart Lake, WI in June 2007 where she placed fourth in her age group. Two years later, she decided to give the sport a little more focus. In 2009 she got on the podium in three out of her six races and found a new passion as well as a new PR at almost every race. Now she wants to help others find that same sense of accomplishment. She is currently residing in Houston with her husband, Allan, and two children.
