Tri Faster was started by Lauren and Todd Jensen as a way to offer rookie and veteran triathletes a set of unique clinics and camps along with personal coaching. Our concentration is on our clinics and camps, but some space is available for personalized coaching and one-time skill sessions or consultations. Todd has over 20 years of self-coached bicycle, triathlon, and marathon racing experience including a short stint as a professional duathlete and a sub-10 hour iron distance personal record. His coaching experience ranges from teaching basic triathlon skills at clinics to providing overall training plans and racing strategies for beginners to professionals. He has authored numerous triathlon training articles for regional publications and also the "How Do I Train?" section for the rec.sport.triathlon FAQ, which can be found on numerous triathlon websites. This provides the base necessary to lead new and experienced triathletes to their goals. In addition, he has a strong physiology background gained through his biomedical engineering doctoral studies.
