After a discussion of your training goals and race schedule, you will receive 4 week training blocks populated in your Training Peaks account that are based on your goals and your training availability. Your coaching contract includes unlimited e-mail and phone calls to discuss your training. Daily updates can be made at any time. I came to triathlon in 2004 after a very sedentary lifestyle. I was extremely overweight and finally decided to get more active and healthy. I found triathlon through the YMCA and have since become a USAT coach, a USA Cycling coach, a yoga instructor and overall group exercise instructor. The goal of Suzanne Duncan Multisport Coaching is to help you achieve your current fitness goals as well as some that you never thought were possible. To do this, we need to balance training and racing with day to day life that includes family, friends and work. It's all about having fun while creating and sustaining a healthy lifestyle.
