Like most good coaches, I will give you the extra motivation, experience, and attention you need. A coach can see things that you may not even realize you're doing. A coach can get you out the door to do that run that you convinced yourself you weren't going to do.
There's no doubt that coaching has always been my calling and I truly believe that former athletes make the best coaches. How do you really know what someone is going through unless you've been there yourself? I told you earlier that I had the chance to have some really good coaches throughout my career but it never came cheap. I promised myself a long time ago that If i have ever had the chance to coach one day I would make sure it would be available to anyone...no matter what their budget is. I will give you structure, proper techniques and most important...results. I can offer a wide variety of services either online, in person or both. Programs starting as low as $10 per week. I encourage you to shop around. Call or email me for a consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.

I've worked in sales mangement my entire life and my motivational/ communication skills have always been some of my best qualities. if you don't know how to talk or relate to someone it does'nt really matter how many certifications a coach has. I did my last Elite race in 2002. By the time I got married in 2004 I had gone from 165lbs to 230lbs (Ive got the pictures to prove it) Today I'm back to 162lbs and I feel better then ever. So no matter what level youre at I'm very confident that I can help.

I have raced as an Elite Triathlete and Cyclist in US/ Canada but in Europe as well so I have a tremendous amount of experience in race tactics for all you established racers that want to take it to the next level. I started as a cyclist that was always a gifted runner so those two events are my specialty but I also have access to one of the best swim coaches in Georgia.

I have 3 young boys of my own so there's no way I wasn't going not coach whatever sports they chose to do which is soccer and baseball right now. I love coaching kids and I have my best memories with my dad who was my coach for the first 5-6 years of my career.

For all you beginers out there. The sport has come a long way since I did my first Triathlon in 1989 but the basics are still the same. There is not an event out there that involves swimming, cycling or running that I haven't competed in so no matter what your event is, I can help. I love the sport and get so much satisfaction in helping you get to wherever it is you want to be. It's worth a try!

I have been a triathlete since I was 10 years old and a coach for the last 3 years. I have had the oppourtunity to train and race all over the world. I have had some of the most accomplished coaches out there. I have raced as a professional Triathlete on the ITU circuit (draft legal) and I'm an Ironman finisher. I've also had the chance to race in France as a cyclist for 10 years and competed at a national level in running/ cross country. I'm just as passionate about Triathlons as I am about all 3 of the individual events on their own.
