We offer one on one training. We use different parks around the Vegas valley to meet you or will come to do in home training saving you valuable time traveling to workout. A typical workout will utilize such tools as stability balls and the TRX with the best tool your own body weight. The workout will be cater to your goals and your body not the same cookie cutter workout that a trainer does for all his clients.
My primary specialization is triathlon training at all distances. I also focus on training youth and have done extensive studying on the differences involved in training youth vs adults. In all my training and interaction with clients will be a positive and moviation setting leading you to your goals.
Jeff Carstensen is the Owner of Multimovin Fitness. Jeff is a avid triathlete and was a age group swimmer growing up. Multimovin Fitness was established in 2012. After seeing the amount of military members that were failing the physical fitness test. Jeff is a military veteran serving five years in Air Force and served around the world including a deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. With his hectic schedule of military life he decided to reach out and work with a personal fitness trainer at one of the giant gym chains to help better program his time and workouts. it soon became apparent at there was nothing personal about this training.
After leaving the military. he began to decide what the next chapter of his life would be. It was during this time that Multimovin Fitness was born with the goal of putting the personal back into personal fitness training.
He received his certified personal trainer from the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), and is a USA Triathlon (USAT) level 1 coach, and also a TRX Suspension Trainer instructor certification.
As a certified personal trainer Jeff has tremendous amount of knowledge in the subjects of health and wellness, and has reach out to connect with some of the best fitness professional in topics such as program design, sports physiology, injury prevention, and functional movement training.
