In addition to triathlon, I provide Personal Training services, Running Programs as well as Basic Nutritional advice and Consultation.
I specialize in helping people get in the sport of triathlon, running and/or general wellness.
In 2002 I completed my first triathlon and was hooked. The following year I finished my first half ironman which sparked and ignited my interest in the sport. Since then I have continued to race. I have also received a spinning certification and completed my USA Triathlon Level I coaching certification.
