BTC is a friendly, multi sport community that socializes, trains, and races together in a motivating and supportive manner. We welcome weekend warriors to uber competitors and promote an environment that educates, empowers, and inspires each athlete to train and live at their best!
During the summer we offer weekly, supervised open-water swims as well as group running and bicycling at beautiful Lawson Lake at Lawson Lake County Park. When winter weather hits, BTC offers yoga and strength classes. Perhaps most importantly, BTC holds social gatherings where our members, along with their families and friends, can interact and share their experiences. The club is based in the Capital District area of New York.
