Our group consists of women with strong minds, spirits, and vision. We are runners, cyclists, triathletes, duathletes, swimmers, kayakers, skiers, walkers and much more. We are also called friends, mothers, aunts, sisters, and daughters. Our common goal is a strong body and mind capable of anything but particularly capable of participating in triathlons, duathlons, marathons, 1/2 marathons, 5Ks, cycling events, and on and on.
