Otterhaus/K&F Construction (aka Team Integrity Cycling, Inc.) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit focused on promoting healthy living by developing and supporting cycling and endurance athletics in our local communities.
Members are located primarily in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, in addition to contingents throughout MD, PA and VA. Our 40+ members include individuals new to endurance sports, recreational athletes seeking a better lifestyle, weekend warriors, and elite athletes with aspirations of racing at the highest levels regionally and nationally.
We are focused on maintaining a balanced healthy lifestyle; working together to achieve strong team results; being a positive, professional presence in the community; and having fun through it all.
We provide team organization; athletic and volunteer support programs; coaching and mentorship from nationally certified professional coaches; and organize and promote regional events for athletes of all levels. All team members are committed to contributing to the program’s overall success and raising each other’s fitness, skills, and abilities, while maintaining balance with their lives outside of sport.
