ALL WOMEN’S TRI TEAM (AWTT) was formed in 2012 to help foster the growth of women participating in the sport of triathlon in the five boroughs of New York and Long Island. The team's mission is inspire and encourage more women - particularly women of color - to participate in triathlon; and by doing so, experience the empowerment of setting and achieving goals, discover their inner strength, and experience the joy of activity through sport.
