The Reno Area Triathletes have about 100 members in the club. We are the race directors of the Pyramid Lake triathlon which is held in July. We have team uniforms for sale to all club members at our cost. We get discounts to about a half a dozen races a year (San Jose, Folsom, Donner Etc...) During the summer months when the water warms up, we have done open water swims up at Lake Tahoe or Donner on Sunday mornings. We have an e-mail blast system that gives out weekend plans, impromptu events and deals given to the club. We do not have a formal training group, but we do have a couple of USA Triathlon certified coaches and a couple of pro triathletes who do coaching on the side.
