OnTrack Fitness Newbie Triathlon Program.  Our programs are just for people NEW to TRIATHLONS!
If you've thought about doing a triathlon but didn't know where to start, or where afraid you couldn't do it - you'll fit right into our club!
We meet for group swims, bikes & runs!  We start from the very basics, and can even teach you how to swim.
Everyone in the program is new to triathlons except your leaders, who will guide you & teach you
