Rob Wallace, a Vietnam Navy Veteran and Ironman finisher with two sons in the Navy, is truly passionate about this race. As the Race Director he and his staff are volunteering all of their time and talent to help the families of America's fallen heros.
We invite you to join us! April 21, 2013 the Daytona FROGMAN triathlon will be held in Dayton Beach Shores, Florida.
PROCEEDS DONATED TO: 31 Heroes
The 31Heroes Project exists to honor our fallen heroes killed in action August 6, 2011 through fitness and raise funds for programs that provide support to families of all fallen military heroespast, present, and future.
Course Information:
We'll get out of the ocean RUN across the MOST FAMOUS beach to transition.
JUMP ON YOUR BIKES and GO for 15 miles.
Then back to the Beach for a 4 mile RUN!

- Let's start with a COOL 1/2 mile Ocean Swim! (APRIL in FL NO WHINERS!)

- If you reach the end of Dunlawton Blvd you've gone a little too far
