2013 Richmond Sprint Triathlon:
- Swim 400 meters or yards ( 2 pools; girls inside - yards, guys outside - meters )
- Bike 12 miles
- Run 5 k
Course Information:
Swim:
- The swim cut-off time is 18 minutes.
- There are 2 large, 8 lane pools at Burkwood.
- The ladies will start cozy inside at the 25 yard pool.
- The guys will swim in the outdoor 25 meter pool.
Bike:
- This course is quite rural and country style... rolling, but no major hills.
- It is out and back with a small lollipop in the middle.
Run:
- The run is 2 loops in the adjoining neighborhood.
- It has a small grade hill, but again not major.
