TRIATHLON RACE COURSE:
SWIM:
- 1.2 mile swim in a protected area of the Hudson river.
BIKE:
- 56 mile rolling bike course throughout scenic Westchester.
RUN:
- 13.1 mile run with some challenging hills in and around the Croton Dam
The entire race takes place in Westchester county, NY.

Croton Point Park:
- Croton on Hudson NY
- 30 min from NYC, CT, NJ, LI
- From south then- taconic pkwy, to 9a, to Croton point park
- From north the same as above.
- From east then take rte 287 to sprain to taconic,
- From west then tappen zee bridge to 287 to sprain to taconic
- From NYC it is on the train line Croton on Hudson.
