2013 Buffalo Lacrosse Duathlon:

The 3rd Annual Buffalo Lacrosse Duathlon is a fundraiser for the Buffalo High School Boys & Girls Lacrosse Teams, which are self-funded sports.

The run takes place through the scenic countryside and neighborhoods surrounding the High School, while the Bike portion takes a route along CR 35 towards St. Michael, and back.

The 3.2K Run/ 15 Mile Bike/ 3.2K Run race is open to all ages and may be run individually or as a team of 2 or 3.

Both 2.3 mile runs for the Buffalo Duathlon will start at the tennis courts at the north west corner of the Buffalo high school parking lot.

Take the walking path there and follow it out to Highway 35.

Continue on the path to the city of Buffalo.

At the four way stop signs, turn right and go towards Pulaski Lake.

When you come to 22nd Street NE,take a right. That will turn into 11th Street NE. Take that to Canterbury Avenue.

Take a right. Take a left on 10th Street NE.

You will come back to the running path and follow the path back to the tennis courts.

The bike route will leave from the northwest corner of the Buffalo High School parking lot and go east to Dague Ave, where you will turn right.

At the stop light turn left onto Highway 35.

You will go east until you come to Jamison Ave., where you will turn around and come back to the high school.
