2013 Trifitness Women's Triathlon & Duathlon:

  • It's not just a Sprint Distance Triathlon - it's the biggest celebration in the area honoring incredible women doing incredible things.
  • We invite you, your friends, your moms, your grandmoms, everyone to join us for an event that will change your life.
  • We encourage you to help us get as many women as possible to experience the multi-sport life and more importantly empower themselves to change their lives.

    • Course Information:



    Sprint Distance Triathlon:
  • Swim 0.5 mile, Bike 11 miles, run 3.1 miles at beautiful shady Beach in Norwalk CT.
  • Volunteers will be there to direct you on the course and the courses will have bright orange signs with white Arrows.

    Sprint Distance Duathlon:
  • There is also a duathlon starting at the same time as the triathlon.
  • Run 1.5 mile, Bike 11 miles, Run 3.1 miles.

    Please Note:
  • Above are the directions to the swim start.
  • However all cars will be parked on the grassy field at Taylor farm off Canfield Avenue.
  • We ask all friends and family to arrive before the race starts at 6:30am to avoid delays and chaos with the bikers starting the bike portion of the event on Canfield Avenue.
