We realize and have experienced the boredom of road running. Muddy and Messy is an extreme and fun mud obstacle run set in the tranquility of the Northwest Pennsylvanian woodlands. A generous percentage of the proceeds of Muddy and Messy will support the Alzheimer's Association.

Course Information:
Muddy and Messy is a 5k course designed with obstacles to test both your physical and mental strength. It isn't about your time, it's about finishing. It's tranquil woodland setting will be ravaged with muddy runners and teammates all focusing on the same goal, completion. From the puddle jumps, to your final pull up the hill, you will come across unique obstacles. A lot of our mud isn't even considered an obstacle, so be prepared! Most importantly, all of this will be seen/done with a smile on your face (or a look of exhaustion).
