The Amazing Race for Charity has start and finish lines, but you must complete 20 quirky challenges in between that will challenge your team's agility, problem-solving skills and sense of humor!

Teams of two compete in this half running half biking event.  You and your partner will start out in beautiful downtown Eustis and navigate a course through this quaint southern town, stopping at businesses, schools and churches to complete wacky challenges in a race to the Finish Line Festival.

Awards will be given in five categories (male/female, male/male, female/female, parent/child, corporate cup) and the overall fastest team will receive a $500 cash prize!

Even better, proceeds from the race will benefit at least twelve local charities, including the Young People's Theatre and the Eustis High School Athletic Boosters.

Each team will receive two quick-dry race shirts and tickets for two meals and two beers (or non-alcoholic beverages) for the after race Finish Line Festival in the lakefront park.

Registration is limited to the first 600 teams, so register now!

Course Information:

The course winds through the town of Eustis, Florida, which is located in the Golden Triangle of Lake County near Mt. Dora and Tavares.

The race covers roughly 3 miles on foot and 4 miles on bicycle.  The course is clearly marked and volunteers will be stationed to direct you to your next challenge.

At the starting line, you will be ordered by your starting time.  3 to 4 teams will start every minute, beginning at 9:00 am.

NO ROADS WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE RACE.  While on foot, please stay on the sidewalk and obey all signals from police officers and crossing guards.  Please cross only at a signal or stoplight.

On bike, you must ride with traffic and obey all signs and signals.  This is the law of the State of Florida.  Observe all mandatory dismount areas.  You MUST get off your bike and either walk or job it until you are out of this area.

The course may have steep sections or rough, rocky terrain.  Please GO SLOW and watch your footing.

You must obey all orders given by Law Enforcement, safety personnel and volunteers wearing race-provided t-shirts.

Pay attention to signs along the race course.  Some of them may feature interesting facts that you will want to remember for other challenges :)
