Course Information:
You'll be treated to a challenging 1 mile rough water swim in the courageous waters of Lake Ontario, an 84 mile bike tour of Western New York's Niagara Wine Region, and a relaxing 15 mile run along Lake Ontario's south shore featuring apple and cherry orchard vistas and a visit to the historic "30 Mile Point" lighthouse at Golden Hill State Park.
