The Norway Triathlon is a USAT-sanctioned sprint triathlon. The event begins with a 750 km swim set on a triangular course in beautiful Norway Lake (Lake Pennesseewassee), followed by a 12.4 mile (20 km) bike ride out and back on the Greenwood Rd., finishing with a 5km run on paved roads in the Ashton neighborhood. https://www.wfltmaine.org/norway-triathlon
