Youth Splash & Dash for ages 7-12 Coaches introduce young athletes to racing in an atmosphere of fun and learning. Athletes will: Learn how to set up their swim-run transition. How the swim start is set up and how many laps they will do based on age. They will walk through the logistics of the run course. Participate in a team warm up. Be able to ask questions.
