This "all pavement" duathlon (run/bike/run) is a blast for families, with a race distance for everyone! The race starts at Kincaid Park near the chalet, at the top of the Coastal Trail with a run around the old biathlon loop on paved trails for the kids, adults will be running on a mix of pavement and trails.
