We just need the courage to put on the cape." - Superman Last year, over 200 runners, walkers, rollers, and strollers gathered at Seneca Park for our first annual Super Hear-O 5K & Family Fun Day and it was AMAZING! We're calling all superheroes to come back for a second year on Sunday, June 22 2025! Join us again at Seneca Park for an incredible morning celebrating the RHSC heroes who work hard every day to make a difference in the lives of kids with special needs, and to help individuals of all ages throughout our community achieve Communication for Life! How can you be a Super Hear-O?- Register for the 5K trail run, 5k road run, or the one-mile walk/roll/stroll;
