Please note - All 8-milers must begin their 2nd lap by 7:15PM.
The course is a 4-mile-ish loop; therefore 8 milers do 2 loops. Trail shoes are highly recommended. As a true trail run, cross country spikes are not suggested.It is highly suggested to carry your own fluids. There are no hydration stops on the 4-mile course, 8-mile participants can fill up at the end of loop 1. Being a CUP FREE EVENT please carry a reusable cup with you and don't just drink from the spout. Late May can be the surface of the sun hot & humid.
