The Triathlon consists of a 300 Meter Swim, 9 Mile Bike, and 5K Run. The Duathlon is for athletes who would rather run than swim. This event begins with a 1 Mile Run past the Please Touch Museum and Horticultural Center, then a 9 Mile Bike, and finishing with a 5K Run. The Aquabike consists of a 300 Meter Swim and a 9 Mile Bike only. The Super Sprint consists of a 100 Meter Swim, 4 Mile Bike, 2 Mile Run.
