_ The 2026 Cool Sommer Mornings Triathlon\Duathlon\5K Series #1:
The Cool Sommer Mornings Triathlon-Duathlon-5K Series is a four event multisport series that takes place at the World Triathlon Destination, Clermont Waterfront Park. Each of the four series events is conducted on the same course, allowing you to track your progress during the series. All athletes who finish all four live events and race in the same race/division for all four events, are eligible for series awards. Athletes who finish all four events, either virtually or live, will receive a fifth super cool bonus medal!

Course:
SWIM - The swim course is a rectangular shaped course in Lake Minneola. The projected water temperature is expected to be 82-84. Wetsuit use is in accordance with USAT rules.
BIKE - The bike course travels clockwise around Lake Minneola and then incorporates another 2+ miles in the residential area of Clermont for a total of 10.6 miles. The 21.2 mile bike is two laps of the 10.6 mile sprint bike loop.
RUN - The run course is an out and back course on the South Lake Trail.

Directions:
Clermont is located 20 minutes west of Orlando at the intersection of US HWY 27 and State Road 50. From State Road 50 in Clermont, take East Avenue north one mile to Palm Avenue and the entrance to Waterfront Park. Waterfront Park is on the southern shores of Lake Minneola.
