All proceeds stay local for respite and education. Matching funds are donated to The Longest Day ADF-Winnemucca with Northern Nevada Alzheimer's Association.

• The 1/3-mile swim will be completed at Bode Howard Memorial Pool.
• The bike route is a 12-mile double loop format,
• The run is 3.75 miles.
All distances can be adjusted based on age and ability.
