_The 2026 XTERRA North American Championship:
The XTERRA North American Championship triathlon event combines a 1.5K swim, 33K mountain bike, and 10K trail run. For amateurs, there will be 58 spots into the XTERRA World Championship up-for-grabs, and for elites, $30,000 USD in prize money. The Sprint Distance is also proud to be a qualifier for the XTERRA Youth Championship.
XTERRA will also offer a shorter-distance sprint triathlon, a free kids triathlon, and lots of family festival fun.
You can also create a two or three-person relay team to conquer the Sprint or Full distance races.
