Cranston YMCA is holding a Triathlon on Saturday, August 25th at 8:30 AM. There will be a 1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike ride and a 3 mile run. Gate will open at 6:30 AM. The swim will take place in the Camp Massasoit Reservoir. The bike ride will be on the road as will the run. Please make sure to bring your bike helmet. If you do not have it you will not be able to complete the triathlon.
