The 2025 Pomona Triathlon & Duathlon:
Join us for our 3rd Annual Pomona Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon! (This event has replaced the Shadowcreek Tri.) This event will take place on Sunday, June 22rd at the lake in the front of the Pomona Subdivision, Manvel, Texas. Pomona is 8 minutes from our old location straight down Kingsley (Cnty Rd 48) or 288 to the Pomona exit. Since July has repeatedly been so hot, moving it to June should help with the help a little.
Course Information:
The Pomona Tri/Du offers a 500 meter lake swim followed by a 12.5 mile bike ride and a 3 mile run; duathlon athletes will do a half mile run vs the swim. The bike is now a one loop course followed by a run through the Pomona neighborhood ending at the Grove in Pomona Parkway.
